My job title is PFCE Assistant Manager, Home-Based. I supervise Home-Based Parent Educators for Matrix Head Start. My work involves making sure all staff are implementing the Parents As Teachers Curriculum, the Transition to Success Model, and hosting bi-weekly Socializations for their families.
What I absolutely love about my job is interacting with staff, parents, and the community. I assist Parent Educators to feel confident and competent in the role they play in helping parents to accomplish their goals and realize that they are their child's first teacher!
I am honored and humbled to be in my position and I'm proud to be a part of the Matrix Human Services family!
