I am a Member Service Fellow for LIFT-LA. My responsibilities include Member Management, I am the main liaison between the Members and the office. I identify Members’ needs and connect them to incoming resources. I create, implement, and manage programs to increase Member retention. As a Member Service Fellow, I also spends half of my time conducting Member Service each week, during which I meet with my core Members. I am also in charge of Advocate Management, which means supervising, managing, supporting, and training Advocates and interns. Lastly, I am in charge of Operation Management, which entails making follow-up calls to Members, scheduling appointments, and creating a safe and welcoming office.
