Cassie

My job title is Clinical Case Manager. I have been in this position since May 2015.

My work involves meeting with clients, through a combination of office and home visits, to address their case management needs. I assess and provide appropriate referrals to clients’ basic needs such as housing, food, transportation, and education to promote growth and comfort in their new community. I also conduct eligibility screenings and initial intakes for new clients as needed.

What I like about my job is working directly with clients and learning about their very rich lives while they reconnect with a feeling of hope and trust. I feel so honored to be able to see my clients grow on their healing journey.

In the future, I would like to expand our services to reach more Survivors especially through healing group activities.
