Starting in June 2015, I began working as a Housing for Health Case Manager. My work involves providing comprehensive case management services to people who have experienced homelessness and who have chronic health conditions. My goal is to assist my clients in finding stable housing, while addressing the concerns most important to them. I feel honored to play a role in my clients staying housed, meeting their health goals, and achieving success.
