Overview
I am a college graduate who studied culinary restaurant management. I am in the process of starting my own business.
My long term goal is to open my own restaurant. I would like to start a non profit soup kitchen which serves the homeless population. I would like to minimize food waste in society.
I need catering cook books (Southern Comfort Cuisine) and a Cambro Hot Box (an insulated box to transport food) in order to expand my knowledge within the catering field.
Meeting this need will help me because it would expand my knowledge in preparing and cooking different dishes. It would help me to learn about other dishes within the cuisines.
