I am the Manager of Professional Development at Opportunity Junction. My work involves assisting low-income Contra Costa residents gain the skills to represent themselves competently and confidently. This entails assisting them with the development of their resumes, cover letters, and interview skills, as well as helping them development professionally.

What I like about my job is being able to witness the emergence of confidence in my clients. It's like watching a baby discover it has fingers and toes that move. It's an amazing process.
