Overview

I am a smart, driven, kind L(G)BTQ black man with little to no support system who is trying to get his life back on track. I am motivated, and I work several jobs but I am still struggling to find stable income.

My goals are pretty simple. I want to eventually own a house, build a family, get out of debt, and have a fulfilling career.

I need my car to work properly in order for me to do my current job. I've had my car for a long time, and it is one of the few things I own. Therefore, i need to get my car repaired.

Meeting this need will help me because my car is everything to me. It is essential in my life because it is not just a luxury to me but something I really depend on. I use my car for transportation, housing, storage, jobs, etc.

I have known Jack through our organization Center for Changing Lives. He has been coming in since September to work on financial and employment coaching. He has been working on a variety of things with our coaches including finding methods to improve his credit and also finding strategies to reduce his debts. One of his many goals is to get his car repaired and i know that any type of help will impact him. He has been honest on what his goals are and how to accomplish them.
