Thanks so much for your support provided towards Janet's education. We purchased a laptop here in the USA and this has been included in a shipment with other supplies - currently on its way to Sierra Leone. With the remaining funds, we purchased text books that she needed and Janet is taking additional coaching lessons.
Overview
I am passionate about making a difference. I currently serve as a volunteer at a Daycare.
I plan to enroll in a college program in social work in January 2021. Serving deprived communities is close to my heart.
A laptop will help me earn my degree in social work. This is essential for assignments, research, and homework.
Meeting this need will make a huge difference in my educational progress. I will be able to complete my assignments while balancing my work in my community.

I met Thomasia and her mother when I visited Sierra Leone in 2009. She comes from a single-parent home and her mother is now deceased. She been supported by Develop Africa through scholarships for several years. She is very deserving of support and has a bright future ahead.
With the funds we raise here, I'll buy her a laptop and send it to her in Sierra Leone.
