Overview
I am currently recovering and have been 6 years clean from drugs. I am on a fixed income which leaves me with little money leftover after my bills are paid.
My goal is to work on making my home feel more like a home. I want to decorate and spruce things up. I also enjoy bike riding and have a goal to get my bike repaired so that I can enjoy my bike rides before the summer ends.
I need $450 to purchase plane tickets to see my Great Aunt Lucy in Selma, Alabama. She is the last aunt I left and she's 100 years old. I have lost my mother, father, grandmother and another Auntie. Spending time with Aunt Lucy would mean so much to me.
Meeting this goal means I can reconnect with my elders and show Aunt Lucy the woman I have become.
