Overview
I am a 39-year-old single woman. I am currently residing in temporary housing with my five children. I am currently unemployed because I am caring for my set of twins that are very sickly.
My goals are to secure permanent housing for my family. I need to secure permanent employment in order to maintain housing and stability. I need to also ensure that my children are prepared for the upcoming school year. I would also like to ensure that my children are receiving proper physical health.
I need school uniforms for my school aged children. I am also in need of school supplies and bookbags.
Meeting this need will help me because my children will have what is needed to succeed in school. This will also help because once they are secured in school, I would be able to focus on childcare for my twins and then be able to secure employment.

Jamie is a very loving, hard-working mother who is doing everything she can to ensure her children have a better future. Despite her current situation, she continues to stay positive and work towards achieving her goals. Helping her to obtain what's needed for her children's education would be extremely helpful and less of a burden for her.
