Overview
I am a single mother with a young son. After being homeless for the past year and searching for places to sleep outside, we can finally be at ease because we've got somewhere to call home.
My goals are find a job or attend a vocational training program to learn a trade and attain skills to start working again and support my son.
I need a sofa, table, and chairs. My son and I can have a place to get a restful night sleep and have dinner together as a family.
Meeting this need will help me because my son never had any stability while growing up so far. I'm doing the best I can right now because I need to show him what stability and good health looks like. With your support, I will finally be able to show my son how it feels to have a good night's sleep in our new home and what it feels like to comfortably eat a hot meal.
