Overview
I am a 25-year old homeless male. I have been working as a Certified Nurses Assistant (CNA) for the last 4 years. I recently lost my job and consequently my home.
My goals are to renew my certification as a CNA and return to work so that I can rebuild my life.
I need help paying for the class that is required for me to renew my certification as a CNA.
Meeting this need will help me because I will be able to return to work as a CNA. Without my certification it will be very difficult to find employment in my field.
Need funded!

I have known Carl since he came into COTS Emergency Shelter on April 1, 2014. He entered the shelter because he stated that he had no place of residence because he lost his job. The reason he lost his job was because his certification as a Certified Nurses Assistant has expired. There are several job opportunities that could be available to him if he renews his CNA certification. Obtaining this certification would allow him to move out of his homeless situation and become self-sufficient.
