Overview
I am a Gateway to College student who is graduating high school. I have been accepted to Johnson and Wales University in Florida, and I would love to attend this fall. I am smart and ambitious student who is eager to learn and explore with my education.
My goals are to continue with my education. I will be the first person in my family to graduate from high school and the first person to go to college. I plan to attend Johnson and Wales University in Florida to further my education, completing my bachelor’s degree.
I need money for my deposit that I have to send to the college. The deposit will be used to hold my place at the school, so that I will be able to go to school this fall. Along with that, it will be used for my senior needs, for such things as graduation expenses like my cap and gown.
Meeting this need will help me because it will make sure that I am able to attend school this fall. I'll be able to keep my academics going and not have to take time away from school. Without this deposit, I will be out of school and stuck, not able to build up the career I wanted from myself and possibly not allowing myself to go back to school in the future.
