Overview

I am a 42-year-old single mother. I am currently unemployed because of my ill son who needs care 24/7. I recently moved my family into a new apartment that is unfurnished.

My goals are to provide for my children with a furnished home, so they have a place to sleep, eat and live comfortably.

I need help with purchasing a dining table for my family.

Meeting this need will help me because it help my children have the necessary means to a comfortable meal and a sanitary place to enjoy it.

I have known Rosa through La Posada, which is a shelter for families. Rosa has to come to CCL for housing support. In the past she has tried to overcome her barriers and has finally found stable housing. With this help that she will receive I believe that it will start the beginning of a healthier healing process to be able to provide her family with these necessities.
