Training for a new career in manufacturing! 1 car repair will let me make it to work.

The alternator and tire rod must be replaced in my car. Once I can do this, I'll be able to make it to work as a CNC manufacturer!

Overview

I am a Kiwan Johnson 42 years old been taking CNC training for a year. I am single mom of 2 I m in the CNC program to better my self as well learning a trade. I bring my 12 year old daughter with me at time so she could see what her mom do as well show her this is something she could try when she older. I am a part time Homecare Aide and the CNC training is to help me move to something better.

My goals is to begin a new career path in advanced manufacturing with higher pay wage this will help me support my family. I am a hard worker and love learning new things.

The alternator and the tire rod on my car must be replaced I also have to get it towed to the mechanic. Someone hit my car while it was parked by speeding down the street. Having access to a car for transportation versus public transportation translates to access of higher paying jobs.

Meeting this need will help me get back and forth to work and to my training also to pick up my daughter from school.My continued success and new life path is heavily reliant on my car getting repaired. Thank You for your consideration

I have known Kiwan for about 1 year now. I really cannot say enough about Kiwan initiative, and drive while at JARC. I help her go thru the process of applying for public housing it would be great to see her receive this financial assistance
