Overview

I'm a good student with big dreams of being a social worker, and I've been re-admitted into a college program. I'm from an impoverished family, so going to college is a big deal for my family.

I want to go to college and get a diploma in social work. With my education, I can get a good job and help pull myself out of poverty.

I need financial help to pay for my college tuition. The fee is necessary for all incoming students accepted into a college program. I also need help with transportation, books, and college supplies.

By helping me cover my college expenses, I will be able to advance my career and move one step closer to independence.

Tiana is an orphan who has been a Develop Africa beneficiary for several years. I have met her at least twice during trips to Sierra Leone. I also had the opportunity to meet her mom before she passed away. She attends mentoring meetings with other students at the Develop Africa office. She is passionate about giving back and helping others. She truly deserves our support.
