Overview

I am a single mother of two great young boys. Earlier this year, I made some foolish mistakes and it cost me valuable time away from my boys. I missed birthdays, graduation and major holidays. I am not in a position financially to provide a decent holiday for my boys. I am job seeking and hopeful that one day soon, I can secure employment.

My goals are to secure employment, return to school and be the best mom I can be. I am making it my business to meet the goals as established with my support base and doing so will show my sons that they can do whatever they set their minds to.

I need funds to celebrate the holidays with my sons. Last year prior to my going away, I made a Christmas tree out of paper and pasted it to the wall in my livingroom, just so the boys would have the feeling of Christmas. The boys share one remote for a playstation, which was given to them second hand. I would like an additional remote control, a few games, legos and a christmas tree.

Meeting this need will help me because I will have the tree in years to come and my boys will be so very happy . I cannot wait to see the look on their faces!!!!
