I am a 59-year-old woman. I have had many different careers over the past 20 plus years, and would like to find another part-time job in the future.

My goals are to possibly start back school to learn a new field or even start a small business. I want to keep myself busy and use what I learn to add income to my household.

I need assistance with furniture for my apartment. I just recently moved and I am currently sleeping on the floor. Due to my health issues and breathing problems a bed is greatly needed. Also, having somewhere to sit will assist with improving a health and not having to get up and down off the floor.

Meeting this need will help me because I want to go back to school but I need to improve my health first. The first step to that is having a living situation that is healthy. Some furniture for me to sleep and sit will allow me to get proper sleep and exercise without hurting myself.

I have known Jolly C. through the housing program at COTS for over a year. She is a great client that works hard and pushes to complete her desired goals. Over the past few months Jolly has been working on ways to improve her health because she desires to go back to school. However, she is currently sleeping on the floor and with breathing issues that makes her goal of becoming healthy difficult. So, if she can receive this help with furniture for her house she can work towards her goal of going back to school and becoming more healthy.
