My job title is Case Planner for Permanent Supportive Housing.

My role in this organization is to aid with helping families and individuals work towards becoming self-sufficient with housing, economic, health, education, and obtaining a career. Through coaching, case management, and providing information on supportive services the hope is individuals and families will reach their goals. This career has motivated me to help with influencing change for the better in people's lives. I enjoy making a difference and leaving a impact within the community.
