Overview
I am a single mother of four kids. I am currently working full time as a medical scheduler for Cook County. I am a mother that wants the best for my kids.
My goals are to be able to purchase a home for my kids and I. But my ultimate goal is to continue providing for my family the best I can.
I need help paying the deductible of my car. I recently got into a minor car crash and my car is currently getting fixed at the mechanics. Now I have to use a rental car to be able to move from place to place which is very expensive.
Meeting this need will help me because without my car I can't get around. I need my car to get to work and take my daughter to daycare. Transportation is very viable. Paying the deductible of my car will also reduce my stress, since I won't have to worry about using money from my rent or other necessary expenses to get a rental car.

Sofia and her daughter have been attending VOCEL's Child Parent Academy program for two years now. Her daughter has attended the in person programs with her at-home daycare provider. I've worked closely with both Sofia and her daughter’s at-home day care provider to provide caregiver support. Sofia is a very hardworking mother.
