Getting back on my feet. Bus passes to & from class will let me start a career in IT.

Having public transportation to and from classes is the one thing that will help me on my path towards a new career.

Overview

I am 42-years-old, and I have worked in the financial tax industry since 2003. I have been out of work for the past three years, and i am looking to reestablish myself in the professional field through Information Technology training.

My goal is to attend a CompTIA A+ certification training to establish myself in today's competitive job market.

My need is for funding in regards to public transportation to and from classes. This would ensure that I can attend class everyday, and that I am successful in the training program and achieving my final goal of employment.

Meeting this need will help me achieve my goal of steady employment. And this all starts with being able to attend class ever day, and completing the course successfully.

Toney is taking part in our A+ certification program at the Center for Changing Lives. I am working with him on as his employment coach on his employment goals. Toney is extremely dedicated to completing the program, and becoming competitive in the job market. By receiving this funding Toney would not have to worry about how he would get to class each day, giving him more time to focus on his studies.
