As a Probation Officer, part of my responsibility is to guide my clients toward fostering a positive attitude and change, while under supervision in the community. This includes, but not limited to providing them with the tools and techniques needed not to re-offend. My goal is to align my clients with the opportunities available to assist them educationally, financially and their overall well-being. Apply the Restorative Justice/Practice as well is another tool I use to assists and ensure that my clients know that I have their back, and want to see them succeed and live productive lives in the community.
