My job title is Outreach Navigator. My work involves reaching out to clients on the streets and connecting them to supportive services and housing.

What I like about my job is seeing clients transform themselves and re-gain confidence and independence. I enjoy collaborating with other service providers and resources to come up with ways to better the lives of our clients.
