My husband recently lost his job, and I am the only one working. Furniture and clothing will help maintain my family's stability as he finds work.

Overview

I am a mother of four and soon will be expecting another child in August of this year. My family and I are enrolled in the Matrix Head Start Program, and I have a Parent Educator who is currently helping my family and I with resources. I have been homeless for the past eight months and just recently my family and I have found available housing. Everything that my family and I did have has been lost due to our homeless situation. We are in desperate need of all household needs in order to function well as a family.

My goals are to move my family forward and help my husband find a job. He was recently laid off from his job. I'm the only one working at this time, but it is difficult for me to work long hours and to be on my feet. I currently only work part-time at Family Dollar due to the fact that I'm pregnant. My plan is to see my family and I thrive and accomplish our goals to become successful in our lives.

I need Furniture for our home such as beds, couch, table and chairs, baby furniture and clothing for my children.

Meeting this need will help me because My family is in need of these things in order to be comfortable and to have the things that a Family needs daily within their household.

I supervise Robin Wright, who has been working with this parent since the Spring of 2015. Mom has been very consistent in keeping her appointments and very vigilant in reaching their family's goals. She has reached several goals with the assistance of the Parent Educator and I'm confident that she will surely appreciate the need being met.
