My job title is Client Services Coordinator. I have been in this position since January 2011.
My work involves recruitment and screening for potential trainees for our computer and green skills training programs. I am responsible for helping the trainees develop a plan to help them seeking employment while going through our training program. I also help the trainees with any supportive services they may need while the are going through the class.
What I like about my job is the opportunity to uplift and encourage people to stay focused and motivated while seeking employment.
It is very rewarding to see the trainees complete our training program and gain the necessary skills they need to gain employment.
