Tammy

My job title is Clinical Case Manager. I have been in this position since November 2012.
My work involves meeting with clients, through a combination of office and home visits, to address their case management needs. I assess and provide appropriate referrals to clients’ basic needs such as housing, food, transportation, and education. I also conduct eligibility screenings and initial intakes as needed.
What I like about my job is working directly with clients and reconnecting them with HOPE. I love being able to see my clients grow on their healing journey.
In the future, I would like to expand our services to reach more Survivors as well as expand our youth program services.
