My job title is Employment Associate. My work involves helping newly arrived refugees gain employment and financial comprehension within three to four months of their arrival. I assist them with building and revising their resumes, mentoring them on a course towards economic freedom through employment and understanding the American job culture.
What I like about my job is seeing the drastic adjustments and transformations clients have made in such a small amount of time. I find it rewarding to help people through such a life changing transition from one country to another.
